Business Analyst with business analysis experience to define business solutions within an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Identifying business requirements from key business stakeholders
- Leading working groups with diverse business stakeholders to ensure requirements and priorities are successfully met
- Conducting deep dive analyses and gap analyses
- Providing up-to-date status report throughout the release cycle
- Managing business testing and user acceptance testing activity
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree (Bachelor degree or higher)
- Relevant business analysis experience within banking and financial services and knowledge of defining comprehensive requirements
- Strong understanding of front to back systems, data, calculations and processes
- Familiarity with business processes, financial products, credit risk management and regulatory requirements (eg Basel II/III; BCBS) is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
