For our client, an international bank with a global reach, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong knowledge of trading processes and listed and OTC products for a cross border regulatory initiative in Zurich with a strong potential for extension starting ASAP.
This is a rolling six month contract with a good chance of multiple extensions.
BUSINESS ANALYST, TRADING, BANKING, ENGLISH
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years' experience as a business analyst in the trading/Front Office area
- Strong knowledge of financial derivatives across full trading life cycle (listed and OTC, all asset classes)
- Strong IT requirements engineering skills, including knowledge of features, use cases, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, UML
- Knowledge of data warehouse and reporting
- Experience with Waterfall and SCRUM
- Fluent in English (German advantageous)
- Open minded and delivery focused
- Strong communication skills
To operate under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, with the following responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Specify technical interfaces between systems
- Specify detailed reporting capabilities
- Extensive data (flow) analysis
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements
- Create IT supplier requests and align with IT suppliers
