Business Analyst & Test Coordinator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS ANALYST & TEST COORDINATOR to join our client in Charlotte, NC.

Job Overview:
- The Business Analyst and Test Coordinator position is for Merger IT projects.
- BUSINESS ANALYST10 HOURS A DAY.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Requirements Analyst & Test Coordinator must be able to identify high level requirements and then be able to decompose them into detail requirements.
- Business Analyst & Test Coordinator will build process models.

Job Qualifications:
- Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience.
- Requirements Analyst & Test Coordinator must come with six to nine (6-9) years of experience, and have must have analytical skills, facilitation skills, be able to use a systematic approach to
- Business Analyst & Test Coordinator must have working knowledge of Enterprise Architect or Rational Rose.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the business to drive out business processes and requirements
- Experienced facilitation skills for workshops, conducting interviews, leading meetings
- Ability to document business requirements, technical requirements, and business process flows.
- Experienced in modelling requirements using standard UML practices.
- Experienced with creating a traceability Matrix to all functional and technical requirements
- Experienced in using a software modelling tool such as Enterprise Architect or Rational Rose for documenting requirements, business modelling, use cases, etc.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Experienced using BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) for documenting business process flows
