Business Analyst - Telephony - Leeds - 3 months 

Candidate must be enthusiastic, fast paced, highly disciplined, proactive with a can do approach.

Responsibilities

- Capture system requirements from clients to enable teams deliver IT solutions as required using the software development cycle (SDLC)
- Support the project delivery team working closely with IT,business teams, stakeholders and client partners
- Investigate, clarify and agree user requirements for new technologies or technical changes
- Liaise with users as required to clarify issues or problems
- Participates in peer review process including documentation review
- Maps business requirements to technical solutions
- Produce logical design specifications for small, medium and large projects

Skills and Experience

- Telephony, IVR and call recording
- Contact centre technologies- Avaya, CC6, Genesys, Cisco NICE
- An understanding and experience of business processes
- Relevant broad-based experience via technical based role
- Overall understanding of technical architectureuse of structured, formal methods
- Hands on can do mentality
