Our Edinburgh based financial service client urgently requires a contract Business Analyst who has experience of working on a Telephony based Channels Programme. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working on telephony transformation programmes.
To be considered for this role applicants should have the following skills
* Business requirements gathering, analysis and development
* Experience in the set up, configuration and monitoring of call routing
* Previous experience of working closely with Service Providers & Testing teams
* Strong experience of call centre routing tools and CTI/IVR functionality
* Knowledge of contact centre migrations
