One of Hyphens FTSE 100 clients based in Manchester requires a business analyst for an initial 6 month contract. This innovative client is a global market leader in their field. Applications are required from experienced Business Analysts who have the tenacity and drive to push the business forward.

The main focus of this role will be to work on a business process enhancements workstream for telephone banking and GSI Desktop.

To qualify for this role, candidates will have demonstrable experience of:

- Business analyst experience
- Telephony skills
- Desktop skills
- Financial services background ideally
- Business process enhancements experience
