Business Analyst - Telecoms/Unified communications/UC/Manage/Contact Center/VOIP
For a large telecoms client of ours we require Business Analyst to within their unified comms department.
You will be responsible for analysing the current processes and offering advice to ensure best practice.
Previous experience of working in UC market within the telecoms domain is essential.
Immediate start available.
You will have technical competences in the UC technology and related applications (Contact center, application integration, fax etc).
French or Dutch speaking would be beneficial.
