BUSINESS ANALYST- TELECOMS- NETHERLANDS- BSS

I am recruiting for a Business Analyst for a 1 year contract for a leading telecoms company based in Amsterdam.

As the Senior Business Analyst your responsibilities will include;

- Define the business processes and perform and business process re-engineering required before the application is designed from a technical perspective.
- Design and deliver new value-added processes for the client, based on a combination of deep process skills and broad industry knowledge.
- Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements.
- Identify and define business process and application requirements.
- Assist in translating requirements for test conditions.
- responsible in leading and control the whole requirement analysis process flow and update the progress to stakeholders.

Experience required for the role;

- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry.
- BSS project experience is preferred
- Analysis ability
- Fluent English is needed and Dutch is preferred.
- KPN project experience is preferred.
