Empiric Solutions are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst for a Global Telecom Industry based in Belgium for an initial 6-12 months contract.
The following Business Analyst must have the following skills and experience:
Skills and Experience:
- Able to create business requirements, BRD artifacts, E2E Process flow and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Must have sound functional knowledge of TELECOM BSS/OSS, customer Online and Agent Journeys
- Proficient and well versed in CRM AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT domain
- Experience of CONTACT CENTRE SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION USING AGENT DESKTOP, CTI (COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION), ONLINE/OFFLINE CHANNELS
- Fully aware of latest standards (ETOM/TAM/SID) & their applicability to customer experience management
- Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases, design documentation, UML modelling, etc.
- Experience in providing advanced domain advisory services.
- Understanding of digital market and technology trends.
- Experience of working on assignments of consulting nature with senior customer stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Delivery methodologies for Software life cycle including Agile
- Good communication skill and ability to communicate with customer and multiple team in effective manner
- CBAP or other industry Business Analysts certification or PEGA certification
