Business Analyst - CRM / Billing / Call Centre - Leading Retail Telecoms Provider - £400pd - 3 month rolling contract.

A Leading provider of Retail Telecoms products and services are currently going through a major CRM Transformation Programme and require 2 x Business Analysts to help on a variety of project workstreams within a major CRM platform migration programme .

Business Analysts will work through the full project lifecycle and be responsible for identifying and mapping existing processes, gather and document user requirements to create functional specifications, process maps and user stories. Working closely with developers and QA, Business Analysts will ensure migration plans fully meet business requirements.

Business Analyst must have excellent communication skills in order to work closely with users and senior stakeholder and be able to effectively discuss functional requirements with technical teams and the business alike.

Business Analysts must have a proven background working on large scale and complex CRM projects e.g. Billing, Call Centre, Customer Data Migration, etc.
