Business Analyst - Telco

THE OPPORTUNITY

A new opportunity exists to work with a large Telecommunications organisation for a 6 month contract. The is a great opportunity to work on an important online project for the organisation.

THE ROLE

- Responsible for understanding business outcomes and shaping them with the business so that functional requirements can be defined.
- Collects, writes formal specifications and communicates functional requirements
- Definition via use cases and user stories considering business and technology scenarios
- Outlining logic using methods such as business process workflow via activity and swim-lane diagrams
- Develop or contribute to Project Management deliverables and metric development.
- Engage with project stakeholders and motivate project team members toward common goals
- Develops relationships with stakeholders across the business by being proactive, displays a thorough understanding of their business, and provides business solutions
- Lead stakeholder analysis through interviews & workshops.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years' experience translating business needs into functional business requirements.
- Experience with complex Identity Management projects for large consumer E-commerce & eservice services
- Must have strong data analysis skills, along with the capability to present data and results in clear, concise manner
- Excellent planning and organisational skills & effective time management
- Proficiency in Office Suite particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Agile project management experience (desirable)
