For our end-client in Rotterdam we are looking for a Technical Analyst Information Risk Management (IRM).

Start: 5-5-2014
Period: 6 month with option to extend
32-40 hrs./week
Hourly rate: €67

OIL & GAS EXPERIENCE MANDATORY (PREFERABLY DOWNSTREAM)!

The Downstream (DS) Information Risk Management (IRM) Programme is leading a number of projects that are designed to reduce risk to the  application, data and Information Technology infrastructure. These projects range in scope and complexity, but almost always impact applications and  staff that support those applications. This effort is focused on  Downstream's Retail business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Priority 1-DS IRM Programme Risk & Controls in Retail Business, Technical Analyst core tasks:
Work with Risk & Controls Team, DS IT Team, Integrated Service Providers, Key Application Suppliers and Central IRM team to report DS numbers accurately (experienced in excel to perform complicated data mining and accurate reporting).
Revise the Component Health Check (CHC).
Revise Retail Telecomms control framework & help embed with Retail Telecomms project.
Clean-up Retail control frameworks (eg remove or revise all references to old  DS organization).
Arrange meetings with DS IT teams to guide them through project data, remediation needs & track progress.
Liaise between all stakeholders to arrange meetings if need for extra in-depth technical assistance.
Manage tracking sheet & work with DS IRM Retail Lead to provide routine updates to management & steering teams.
Provide input into Assessment & Remediation Process. Used to deliver training to application specialists not familiar with process & Stakeholder communication.
Maturity to work in global/virtual environment & without direct supervision. Tasks given executed as promised & familiar with working at odd hours (for example evening calls)to accommodate different regions.

Priority 2-Support on ad-hoc basis Programme Delivery Manager & DS Retail IRM Lead by:
Tracking programme level progress
General analysis reporting requests

Other Tasks:
IRM 2.0 programme will expand into much broader exercise during 2014-2015. Expectation that technical analyst pick-up additional activities in relation to new or changed work.
At all times, Programme Delivery Manager & DS Retail IRM Lead will make sure specific requirements for new work known & at least drafted to ensure tasks clear.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Mandatory
Knowledge of industry standard information security frameworks: ISO 27001/2, PCI.
Ms Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills.

Optional
Strong business analysis skills history.
SharePoint knowledge.

SOFT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Mandatory
Oil & Gas Experience, preferably for Downstream.
Strong stakeholder/change management skills.

Optional
Compliance/assurance knowledge preferred.
Knowledge/skills in IT Technology/IT Systems Analysis & Design preferred.
Retail industry experience including Payment Card Industry preferred.
Ability to work in global environment across various time zones sometimes requiring meetings outside normal work hours to accommodate other regions.
History of leading initiatives & delivering results.
