ABOUT THE ROLE

As the successful Business Analyst you will be required to analyse, research, and review information to deliver requirements for an exciting Telephony Project. This will also involve the collection and documentation of solutions to enable the successful delivery of the plans.Additionally you will work within a large, successful, positive team who highly value a work/life balance and offer outstanding career growth, opportunities, training, bonuses and benefits.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in a telecommunications environment and knowledge of Telephony, Voice and Speech patterns
- Provide technical advice to team members
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the customers and stakeholders
- Ensure SLA or project deliverables are achieved on time and customer expectations are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders to analyse, articulate and develop complex business processes to ensure the effective design and implementation of IT solutions.
- ITIL foundation certification
