Business Analyst/Team Leader

For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

Business Analyst/Team leader

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

- Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to capture and clearly articulate the as-is business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for process improvements
- Manage requirements and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project life cycle to ensure that requirements are delivered as specified, and change impact assessments can be made
- Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design
- Design training and support documentation for new projects
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines for accurate and timely project delivery milestones
- Able to work with minimum supervision and prioritize multiple high priority tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant business analysis experience within banking and financial services
- Experience in risk data implementations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; numerically competent
- Good business analysis and functional specification design
- Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders, and ability to engage with quantitative experts.
- Must have experience as a lead business analyst ideally with some project management experience, be able to take full responsibility for their role
- Proficient in English and fluent in German is a must

Nice to have:

- Experienced as a Lead Business Analyst in project with different stream
- Track record of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision
