Business Analyst - Team Lead

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst - Team Leader to join a multinational organisation. You will utilise your expertise to undertake daily business analysis activities, acting and a lead and mentor in a newly created team. The successful candidate will be accountable for planning and delivery of all BRDs, manages to a plan and reports status, issues, risks etc.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

- Minimum 7 years BA experience
- Knowledge of superannuation with ATO reporting or compliance projects
- Demonstrated experience using BA tools and techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, to be utilised in documentation requirements, presentation delivery, facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at any given time
- Business domain knowledge, including but not limited to financial services, information security and operational processes knowledge
- Ability to run the team through to implementation as BA team will support design, build, test and defect management.
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor team members

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Degree qualifications in technology, business or a related field
- IIBA - CBAP or CCBA (this would be favourable)
- Six Sigma
- Finance background
- Delivery of enhancements, changes, release management, configuration management and service support
- Process Excellence
- Business Process Transformation
