BUSINESS ANALYST - TAX
Our client, a global bank, is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the tax domain and a solid theoretical understanding and practical experience of use case modelling (UML) in IT projects.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Elicit and elaborate requirements
- model and Document requirements understandable for clients and subsequence roles within IT
- Ensure that specification of the user's needs is accurate, complete and unambiguous
- Maintain traceability between requirements and between requirements and requests
- Identify impact of changes on the existing requirements
- Provide inputs to a first test strategy for the application
- Provide input to the Project Manager for prioritizing requirements
MANDATORY EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- University degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management
- Requirements engineering experiences within financial institutions of > 5-6 years
- Good understanding of financial instruments
- Solid theoretical understanding and practical experience of use case modelling (UML) in IT projects
- Well banking-knowhow about tax, primarily Withholding Tax (Austria), EWT
- Good knowledge in various fields of the banking. eg payment processes, Client data, securities operations, single accounts, FX and forward contract transactions processing incl. corporate actions
