You must have a minimum of 4-5 years in a Business Analysis role, with a proven track record in requirements specification, business analysis and business domain knowledge.
Minimum working SDLC experience in at least 3 end to end project. Good experience in Risk analysis and Stakeholder management.
Experience in a capacity of IT Business Analyst of which at least 5 years covering HR domain.
Should have a proven track record in business system analysis
