BUSINESS ANALYST (TABLEAU REPORTING)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking BUSINESS ANALYST (TABLEAU REPORTING) to join the bank's Access Management support team for Security IT. Their role is to support the portfolio of applications that provision user access rights for the various IT Systems and applications within the bank.
For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- analysing the Data Discrepancy Remediation processes across various IT system interfaces
- conduct requirements-gathering activities for process improvement by working with Support staff who undertake the current processes
- gather and document requirements for the engineering staff in order to improve and automate the processes
- design and implement a reporting dashboard for the various Data Discrepancy Remediation tasks that are carried out
You must possess:
- at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- experience in Tableau reporting would be advantages; or proven experience creating dashboards
- an understanding of the software development life cycle
- knowledge of IT Identity and Access Management tools and principles a plus
