Business Analyst - Systems Analyst - Payroll - SAP Payroll - Basel

An experienced Business Analyst is required to work on the integration and delivery of a Payroll system.

The Business Analyst will be integrated within an international project team and work alongside the Project Manager. Implementation of the solution will take place in early 2016.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Payroll integration
-Cost-tracking implementation
-Analysis of various payroll systems in multiple countries
-Facilitate the design of interfaces
-Business analysis
-Define the plan for implementation, testing, change management and delivery of the proposed solutions in 2016
-Design reports and analytics based on the input data set

ESSENTIAL:

-Proven records as a Business Analyst in Human Resources IT
-A strong understanding of payroll reconciliation processes
-SAP Payroll experience
-Cost-tracking experience
-Knowledge of applications systems development methodology
-Strong written and oral communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

-Polaris Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution
-Pharmaceutical experience
