Business Analyst/Systems Analyst

Our Federal Government client is looking for the services of a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst for the replacement of their IT Service Management product.

The Successful candidates will be required to:

- Undertake IT Service Management product configuration
- Conduct end user testing of an IT service management product and report findings to stakeholders and management
- Provide a high level of service by managing sensitive discussions and making appropriate decisions/recommdations regarding IT Service management product based on acquired knowledge and understanding of the product.
- Manage relationships including assisting with training for a new service management product.
- Investigate, interpret and evaluate information using computer systems and online reference material

To be successful the ideal candidate will have

- Highly developed skills and experience in customer service and relationship management;
- Experience using IT service management products, preferably VMware Service Manager or Microsoft Systems Centre Service Manager 2012;
- Strong verbal and written communication;
- Technical skills and relevant experience in supporting networked environments and Microsoft products including Windows 7, Active Directory and Office 2010.
