Business Analyst/Support (Investment Banking)

On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious banks, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST/SUPPORT (INVESTMENT BANKING). For THIS 1 YEAR WITH OPTION FOR RENEWAL POSITION BASED IN ZÜRICH, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who can as soon as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own and drive Specifications, Business- and Test cases (including Documentation)
- Being in charge of the automated Regression- and User testing
- Leading Coordination of Prod- and Test-environments (incl. Maintenance-Activities) as well as its incident management
- Integration of pricing feed data for users and applications in the whole department
- Responsible for Products- and Users Configuration (Entitlement and Symbols) for the whole trading floor
- Actively support Business and IT on a low latency, high availability system
- Support in Venue- and Exchange-Management (Costs, Contracts, Entitlement, Audits)
- 1st -2nd level business and technical support

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:

- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in investment banking environment (Front Office)
- Over 2 years of experience in Business Support
- Solid technical skills in automated testing, databases, SQL and Excel
- Solid business knowledge in Market Data (Reuters, Bloomberg, Morningstar), Equities, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rata and Fixed Income
- University/FH Degree or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to working under pressure
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (releases and health checks)
- Fluent in English and German is a plus
