Business Analyst Supply Chain - Switzerland

Our client is a major international eCommerce organisation based in Lausanne Switzerland and is expanding and growing its markets.

As part of this expansion, they are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain Management to ensure best practices are defined, adopted and improved across its markets.
You will analyse requirements and improvements related to Delivery Services and Order Management, anticipating risks, business impact and implement mitigation actions where required.
You will also perform change impact analyses and agree on detailed action plans to prepare the markets for the implementation of new processes ensuring stakeholders are involved and informed accordingly.
Your role will also be to ensure that any solution adheres to functional corporate guidelines and that the implementation is controlled and supported in the targeted markets or departments.
You will also be responsible for all Fit/Gap analyses against current business processes.
Reporting to the governance board, you will minimise deviations and provide support to the markets and departments in terms of training materials and tools.

Previous experience in process harmonisation within a Supply Chain environment is key including areas such as Customer Services, Order Management, Delivery Service, Order Taking, Billing, Pricing, Claims Returns, Refusals, Shipment and integration with logistics providers.

Expertise in Project and Change Management is essential with experience of SAP a strong advantage.

Previous projects within eCommerce or retail environments a strong asset with fluency in English essential.
