Business Analyst - Supply Chain - Contract - CBD (Q1)

Our client is a leader in their market segment in the primary resources sector. This contract role will be based conveniently in their CBD offices, close to public transport and all the city has to offer.

This is a pertinent position where the successful candidate will be accountable for mapping the Supply Chain Management business requirements as well as produce functional requirements for the software design and development process.

THE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR IN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

- Excellent client engagement and collaboration with software engineers is pivotal
- Supply Chain Management experience is ideal
- Resource sector experience is highly desirable
- Facilitating and delivering workshops
- Requirements gathering
- Producing functional requirements
- Experienced in using Use Cases, Business Process Models, Data Models and Business Rules analysis
- Working knowledge of the Agile methodology
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Tertiary qualifications

To be successful in this role you will ideally have knowledge and experience working on "pit-to-port" or port terminal solutions, strong BA skills and an understanding of the SDLC.
