Business Analyst Supply Chain

Business Analyst with Supply Chain or Network deployment/Engineering experience to work on a spare parts programme.

Job Purpose
The role of the Business Analyst plays an essential part in developing and creating information related to the companies Pan-European Spare Parts Strategy.
In the first stage through multiple angles all kind of information will be obtained which has to be analyzed, bundled. From all this data conclusions should be gathered as input towards recommendations towards higher management.
In the second stage after a decision has been taken by higher management how to proceed, this role will play a fundamental role to support the team on a) fit gap analysis per country and b) design.

Key Accountabilities

*Support on Total Cost of Ownership Calculations to support the business case development
*Build a proper Deployed Base Database for the company with proper naming convention
*Analyze various information related to all TCO Information
*Join sessions with countries when needed
*Liaise with the NOC, Network Deployment, Supply Chain and Procurement related to all stakeholders who are involved in this process
*Generate key conclusions based on a lot of various data
*Make recommendations towards the Project Team
*Participate in creating decks for Executive Management
*Participate in any "Fit Gap" analysis per individual country when needed
*Contribute towards design making of the (new) Pan-European Spare Parts Strategy
*Contribute to knowledge sharing within Supply Chain, Procurement, NOC and Network Deployment

Education & Experience

Preferred education/qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.)
*Masters preferred

Knowledgepreferably within the telecommunications or cable television industry
*Project Management skills
*Proficient in English and preferably one additional European Language
*2 to 5 years managing an international supply or Network base
*Involvement in previous Spare Parts Management would be considered a plus

Skills & Abilities:
*Workable knowledge of MS Office Systems (especially Excel). ERP Systems would be considered a plus
*Workable knowledge about Databases such as SQL and/or Access
*Enthusiastic about planning, processes and system integrations
*Very strong analytical skill set
*Well organized, reliable and methodical
*Ability to work independently and with little supervision
*Adept at working in an ever-changing environment and able to deal with periods of ambiguity
*Thrives on team building, cooperation and bringing out the best in others
Able to deliver projects on-time and with a high quality of work
