Business Analyst - Superannuation

CBD Based financial services organisation has multiple opportunities to become a member of their reputable team. Due to further changes within legislation these roles will provide you further exposure in this industry and demonstrate your ability to work within a critical and complex project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role requires the elicitation and specification of business requirements, impact analysis of change, solution definition, key role in supporting delivery of solutions through the SDLC, communication across Technology, business customers and stakeholders. You will be able to work within an agile and online space providing the business with multiple solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Solid background in Business Analysis with a focus in superannuation
- Superb/Epass essential
- Previous experience creating Systems Requirement specifications where multiple interface systems are involved
- Previous experience as a liaison between Technical resources and Business resources
- Strong stakeholder engagement, stakeholder "management" skills. Previous experience bringing stakeholders to the one view.
- Experience using a variety of methods to document requirements eg agile, user case/user stories
- Proven experience in adopting a broad range of techniques to identify/elicit requirements
- Proven track record working in a fast paced/creative, innovative work environment, where speed to market is key
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Testing experiences
- Extensive exposure within superannuation
- 6 month Contract
