Business Analyst - Stream Lead

Project requires Business Analysis Stream Lead, responsible for leading business analysis activities with an initial focus on requirements gathering. The stream lead will be expected to direct the activities of business analysts on the team and be involved in the delivery of project deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with Project Manager to establish and manage BA timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead and participate in the gathering of business requirements with business benefits and stakeholder needs front of mind.
- Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
- Oversee the on time delivery of necessary requirements deliverables at all levels (BRD, RTM, etc) taking a hands on approach where necessary.
- Raise risks and issues as appropriate and see through mitigation strategies.
- Co-ordinate BA team in the production and/or review of other project deliverables.
- Take an active role in the coaching and development of BA team members.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in a Business Analyst Lead role
- Detailed understanding of business analysis methodology and tasks.
- Demonstrated experience leading the gathering and documentation of requirements.
- Planning and facilitation workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management life cycles, disciplines and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working on mid to large sized projects.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with project leadership and other portfolio teams.
- Business implementation experience (business impact analysis & process mapping)
- 5+ years business analysis experience.

DESIRABLE

- Mobile banking applications
- OAAM (Oracle Adaptive Access Manager) experience.
- Customer authentication process and business rules experience.
