Business Analyst - Statistical Trend - Oracle

I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST TO JOIN A MAJOR FINANCIAL SERVICES CLIENT, THE PROJECT IS WORKING ON A LARGE SCALE DATA PROGRAM.

The Senior BA must have the following:

- Knowledge of Oracle (ODI, OBIEE, Exalytics etc)
- Must understand various statistical tests in order to identify any outliers in the data and potential manipulation. (The daily data will need to be stored in order to develop historical data sets upon which statistical trend analysis can be applied)
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills - able to negotiate needs and expectation across multiple stakeholders
- Possesses strong business acumen, able to quickly pick up the content and business knowledge required, supporting the business through the requirements gathering, design and testing phases.
- Demonstrable experience in producing comprehensive and accurate documentation (eg process mapping, data flow diagramming), facilitating workshops with the business utilising a variety of business analysis methods embracing GAP analysis, requirements gathering and validation.
- Fluency in business processes and use of out of the box' thinking to challenge existing processes.
