The role of Business Analyst is to gather, analyse and develop business requirements, producing supporting documentation which will enable the business to accept the changes into the live environment.
Ideally looking for a Business Analyst with an accounting background. Or an accountant with Business Analyst experience.
The key skills are experience of process improvement, process mapping and experience of using LEAN principles. Ideally you will also have knowledge and experience of Solvency II or at the very least experience of working in a Finance environment.
