BUSINESS ANALYST - SHEFFIELD- BANKING

A LEADING UK RETAIL BANK REQUIRES A BUSINESS ANALYST WITH AGILE EXPERIENCE TO JOIN A PROCESS TRANSFORMATION PROJECT BASED IN SHEFFIELD.

Working on a fast moving process change project you will be responsible for the following:

- Provide effective leadership and management of the Business Design Analyst function for the business process allocated
- Developing internal and external business relationships and using own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others opinions and actions
- Analysis, creativity and innovation - able to conceive original and practical solutions to complex and business critical problems
- Development of scope and requirements documents
- Ensuring all governance requirements are sufficiently adhered to.

The following key skills and experience are required:

- BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES, IDEALLY RETAIL BANKING
- AGILE EXPERIENCE
- STRONG EXCEL AND POWERPOINT SKILLS
- UNDERSTANDING OF PROCESS TRANSFORMATION AND THE ABILITY TO WORK IN A FLUID YET FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT
