IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Overall responsible for communication and alignment with business representatives identified as site owners and content owners, to understand the current site setup and gathering the business requirements for the future SharePoint 2013
-Translate the business requirements properly to the IT PM
-Support, provide input and write SDLC documents such as a migration concept and seek for sign-off from various departments
-Support as applicable e.g. review e-Learnings for correct content without being overall responsible
-Plan for User Acceptance Tests in alignment with the IT PM and migration schedules and write the relevant SDLC documentation
-Business requirements, Migration concept, input to Information & System architecture, Test Plan, Test Cases, Status Reports, Risk & Issue Register and Project Closure Documentation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Self-motivated and organized
-Advanced experience in requirements engineering
-Advanced experience in Sharepoint (e.g. site collections, structures), SharePoint 2013 features and related technologies is required, including development of Sharepoint components
-Extensive knowledge related to user setup and access management within Sharepoint
-Knowledge about Active Directory and Single-Sign-On connected to Sharepoint is a plus
-Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally
