BUSINESS ANALYST - SHAREPOINT- DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT. PARIS

An exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious and INFLUENTIAL EU ORGANISATION BASED IN PARIS. We are looking for genuinely STRONG BUSINESS ANALYSt who has very strong experience working with SHAREPOINT. Together with the 3rd party supplier you will document the requirements and propose solutions for organisational changes for the set-up of DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM governance structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform business analyst of to-be document/content management system, including analysis and proposing metadata schema (generic metadata, team-specific metadata, document types, metadata harmonization principles etc.), the most optimal site-structure for all divisions and especially sub-teams.
- Document user requirements based on formal techniques and methods (analysing, capturing and managing requirements).
- Establishes functional specifications and Datamodelling, creates test plans, co-ordinates user acceptance testing and supports the drafting of the user documentation and business area's related documentation.
- Update and implement a business change management strategy for document/content management system, including stakeholder and risk analysis, based on the unique attributes of the change and the organization.
- Acts as primary point of contact as concerns inquires on document management implementation project related business issues and liaising with relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Review the supplier's provided test cases.

SKILLS

- EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF SHAREPOINT
- STRONG EXPERIENCE PERFORMING BUSINESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience implementation DMS in Microsoft SharePoint environment
- Excellent knowledge and experience (5 years) in defining and documenting user requirements for document management system for both functional and non-functional
- Very good command of English with proven drafting ability;
- A hands-on experience implementing enterprise content management system in a complex and mediums size enterprise (around 300 employees), ability to manage metadata schema definition process for an organisation.
- Familiarity with Metadata standards such as Dublin Core Metadata or others
