BUSINESS ANALYST - SHAREPOINTend of 2016 + extensions
DESCRIPTION:
Business readiness is defined as a delivery capability in charge with preparing the business getting ready for the solution. In any given release the activities in scope for BR are: identifying business impact on people, roles, procedures, organization & skills. Document changes in rolescontribute to UAT planning & execution, as well as drive business readiness activities during deployment (prior to go-live). In addition: drive stakeholder engagement activities, as well as the communication towards external & internal stakeholders in preparation to the go-live.
What we need:
BR is a stage of building the capability in the programme (processes/how we work), tools and people, as well as governance structure). We need a business analyst to support in activities concerning the capability building, ie build tools, help with organizing the Sharepoint structure, and support the BR capability lead with the ongoing tasks. The analyst will not work directly in any given delivery stream, but will support setting up the structure on programme level.
Main tasks: Help with setting up tools (eg stakeholder analysis and engagement)
Experience required: 2-3 years, Microsoft office and project planning
It is preferred that the business analyst has previous experience from projects, working with Business change management
