For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Business Analyst

Your responsibilities:
- Working as part of the global Business Analysis team for Service Management Platform Product Management this role will be responsible for delivery of:
- Stakeholder analysis and requirements engineering
- Elicitation, analysis, documentation, support prioritization of, specifying, managing and communicating requirements, describing processes &e cases and propose improvements, ensuring a common understanding between Business/Stakeholders and IT/Project.
- Capturing the interface requirements arising from the migration of various Legacy tools (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) to ServiceNOW
- Working with the Dependent project streams in the ServiceNOW delivery project to facilitate the migration into ServiceNOW.
- Contributing to a reduction of implementation risks by delivering high quality requirement specifications.

Required Skills: - Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into Requirements and Functional Specifications.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including English) and the ability to proactively interact professionally with a diverse group, stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish the design and strategy and analyze tradeoffs between key requirements
-experience with SCRUM/Agile is a defenate advantage.

Ideal additional skills:
- Detailed understanding of ITIL.
- Present professionally and cogently (to stakeholder communities).
- German skills are appreciated as candidates with German skills are favoured
