Business Analyst - Service Focused/Performance Management

BUSINESS ANALYST/SERVICE FOCUSED

- You will be reporting to the Manager of Reporting Management and working independently when going on client visits.
- You will be engaging with various levels of staff within the health care industry to get a better understanding of their business in order to provide effective

performance management solutions for improvements.

- You will be managing the planning, coordination, facilitating and developing a new suite of performance measures.
- To be successful for this role you will need the following experience:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a service focused BA role
-Experience designing and implementing solutions to improve performance measurement
-EXPERIENCE IN PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE BACKGROUND
-GREAT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS IN A LARGE AND COMPLEX/DIVERSE ORGANISATION
-WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL TO VARIOUS CLIENTS SITES ACROSS THE SYDNEY REGION ON OCCASION
-Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate data collection, review, analysis and reporting
-Problem resolution skills to develop new approaches to performance monitoring, measurement and improvement
- Valid Driver's license
