Business Analyst - SEPA Migration

My client, a large Multinational within the financial and Banking sector, has an immediate contract for an Business Analyst - SEPA Migration to join their SEPA Migration team, to work in Business Change and operations. This is an eight month contract role and possibility to extend.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer communication requirements
- Create customer communication; Letters, Emails, Customer Forms, Customer Documentation
- Support the analysis and deployments of a bespoke application owned by the team
- Undertake ad hoc activities associated with the customer migration.
- Working with various stakeholders to support the migration process
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with escalating recommendations
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in written documentation - both business and IT related
- Experience working on IT Projects
- 3+ years' financial services experience, (electronic payments or SEPA experience a bonus)
- Experience as a business analyst, SEPA knowledge and XML
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
