Business Analyst - Securities/Settlements Operations wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in business analysis or equivalent education
- 5+ years of working experience in business analysis, securities and settlements
- Expertise in cross functional projects as well as experience of financial industry, preferably banking
- Strong Operations change/line experience and communication
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Analyzing the organization and business domain and recording the business, processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology
- Determining and assessing business requirements across different internal operations functions as well as preparing proposals/solutions
- Surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Evaluating and signing off business requirement specifications, assisting the development introduction and establishment of training material and documentation
- Managing change request as well as reviewing and evaluating defects along with collaborating with the business to develop target process models
