BUSINESS ANALYST, SECURITIES, BANKING (CONTRACT, ZURICH)
For our client, an international bank with a global reach, Swisslinx are looking for a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of securities to work on a migration project in Zurich.
This is a 6 month contract with a strong chance of renewal starting in September.
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a migration project to functionally enhance their platform for upcoming market needs.
We offer:
- Challenging and interesting position as a Business Analyst
- An interesting environment working closely with technical leads and subject matter experts of the several IT applications
- Responsibility to participate or lead gathering of the business requirements and their documentation
- Accountability for proper documentation of pragmatic IT solutions for the given set of requirements (in the form of functional specifications)
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3-5 years of working experience as Business Analyst/Requirements Engineering in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of the securities market eg. lending and borrowing
- Ability to analyse and explain requests and work with the business as well as solution architects
- Understanding and working with the end-to-end data flow in a complex landscape
- IT background eg. knowledge of relational databases
- Fluent English language skills, German a strong plus
