Business Analyst role with SEO pre-study experience required for a 3-4 month contract based in Helsingborg, Sweden.
In the role of Business Analyst you will work on a pre-study to describe what co-workers define as a good search experience, including the sources, processes and technologies required and how to deliver the desired search experience. It will also include descriptions relating to content navigation and the aim will be to provide a future search journey plan.
The ideal candidate for the pre-study Business Analyst role should have:
- An understanding of information management structures
- Knowledge of taxonomies, metadata plans and the basics needed to make a search engine work
- High level knowledge of search functionality and how to make the best use of it with a good understanding of how to translate business needs into search capabilities
- User case/user profiling experience
- Good knowledge of what is required and how to set up a well working governance structure for search
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
