Business Analyst (Scrum)

BA POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will work on assignment with our client on Digital system application projects. This position will be responsible for analysing process improvement for these systems. This position will also be responsible for facilitating communication technology groups and business units.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Researching customer requests for assistance and recommend software solutions.
- Providing project management on smaller projects
- Providing training, support and quality assurance on digital application projects.
- Promoting a high level of collaboration and teamwork with the project teams

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, business or related field
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner is preferred
- Ability to translate complex concepts between business customers and technical project team.
- Experience with relational databases and queries.
- Functional management experience preferred.
