BUSINESS ANALYST- SAYSO

One of my globally leading banking clients is urgently looking for a Business Analyst with Sayso expertise who likes to work in an agile squad delivering value to the user community of Sayso advice and approval tool.
The Sayso team provides an online advice and approval tool, which helps meeting organizers in quickly setting up and sharing an agenda, capturing minutes, decisions and actions. It also supports users with a one-click distribution of minutes, decisions and results to all relevant parties.

AS AN INFORMATION/BUSINESS ANALYST, YOUR DAILY FUNCTIONS WILL BE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

You are the linking pin between the Sayso stakeholders and the development team. You identify, analyze and specify business requirements and translate them into to-the-point user stories or functional Specifications/designs.

You will be assigned as Information/Business analyst to the Sayso team, which consists out of Bus/Dev/Ops functions. The squad is part of the Change Management within Risk COO. Change Management is a trusted partner for improving and implementing global processes and products in Risk. The objective of the team is to design and implement global risk (system and process) solutions, including data foundation, data flow and risk engines to deliver data ready for reporting
* Has seasoned IT-technical knowledge to be able to create functional specifications and designs;
* Is organizational sensitive and is familiar with Risk Management, preferably also within the Wholesale Banking environment;
* Makes connections between customer requirements, corporate strategy and longer term vision;
* Has experience in test case development and test execution;
* Understands and supports the agile way of working;
* Uses indirect influence and understands political relationships within the company;
* Looks for challenges and encourages the squad and individuals to improve;
* Performs at HBO or academic level;
* Has an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
* Dutch language is a plus but not essential.

CONTRACT: 3 months
RATES: Negotiable.
