Business Analyst SAP Vinci (Brussels)

The candidate will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre based in Brussels, on the SAP Vinci platform for the French entities . In this
context, knowledge of bank environment is not required.

Function Description
Business analyst (MOA) / Key User for French entities
o You are in charge of providing functional support for the French entities on the SAP Vinci platform. Your task is to
o Provide support when needed, organise/attend the necessary functional workshops with end users to gather the
requirements and answers their needs
o Prepare Functional Analysis documentation (Translation of needs into specifications)
o Ensure that end users understood the requirements
o You are the accounting contact of the metiers (Paris and Casablanca), MOE (IT) and MOA SAP for French entities
o Follow-up of the monthly closing and preparation of the yearly closing
o Follow-up of the expense notes correct flow
o Preparation of the yearly prorate process
o You coordinate the necessary change management initiatives. Your task is to:
o Provide process impact input to the Process team
o Prepare/update training material

o Knowledge of SAP of FI (AP/AR/AA) is required.
o You have a thorough knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
but also SharePoint or Project management tools.

Preferable
o Knowledge of SAP of MM is an asset.
