YOU WILL DO:
Manage/take part to the life cycle of the application (SAP R/3 & eWM):
- Ensure follow-up of IT Incidents (SPOC between BUS
- Perform investigations on data within the system;
- Initiate and manage Requests For Change;
- Implement corrections/modifications into the system applying the IT change management cycle;
- Perform systems periodic reviews;
- Manage data migration/conversion;
- Take part to systems upgrade;
- Take part to IT projects phases (user requirements definition, informal testing, validation and users training).
YOUR PROFILE:
- Graduate or equivalent experience
- Experience in supporting business system users
- French-speaking and good knowledge of English (read, spoken and written)
- Comfortable with the use of IT tools and big amount of data
- Experience in SAP (R/3 and/or EWM)
- Good knowledge of pharma industry and in clinical studies/testing is an advantage
