Business Analyst - SAP HR

Our client is an innovative and highly successful worldwide organisation that has carved an impressive reputation across the oil and gas industry. The organisation is currently going through a large-scale SAP Implementation project. They are looking for a business critical SAP Business Analyst - HR to join the project team.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- 4+ years Business Analysis experience, with a focus on SAP projects
- Must have experience in SAP HR (Human Resources)Modules
- Analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Vast understanding and experience with Remuneration and Benefits
- Experience in gathering and developing detailed functional requirements that meet business and IT needs and standards
- Experience in data migration and data cleansing
- Ability to efficiently manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Tertiary qualified and/or relevant industry certifications
