ROLE PURPOSE:
Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service (focus on SAP) to business.
In support of the service delivery manager: act as the primary point of contact for the business for existing services to ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met with focus on SAP applications (ECC, BI)

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects
* Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
* Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
* Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high level functional solution
* Develop project estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)
* Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
* Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
* Act as the primary connection between service delivery (ERP COE) and the business
* Manage management escalation with ERP COE (ERP escalation tool) and business SAP governance lead
* Responsible to maintain Business process owners, SU etc update in GRC
* Facilitate and manage escalation meeting for incident or service request if needed
* Organize and facilitate service meeting with ERP COE and business
* Ensure all business end-user requirements for all IT services are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Ensure SLAs are met for all IT services
* Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively manage their expectations and monitor satisfaction levels;
* Provide a uniform approach to the way in which customer feedback is handled and resolved

REQUIRED SKILLS
* 3 to 6 years experience in pharma company as Supply Chain Business Analyst/IT or business consultancy
* Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes: material management, inventory management, sales order management, distribution
* Good Knowhow: Forecasting/demand management, demand planning 2 years horizon, supply planning, detailed scheduling
* Deep knowledge of ECC Supply Chain Modules: MM, SD, Inventory management, ware house management
* Multiyear experience on projects as business analyst
* Multiyear experience on change management as business analyst
* Degree or Master Degree in computer sciences or similar

NICE TO HAVE:
* High level knowledge of Clinical Supply Chain
* CSV, GxP, ICE working experience preferred
* Business Process formalization ( Visio, iServer, Enterprise architecture ...)
* Interfaces Concept
* Good knowledge of APO and PI
* Familiarity with complex landscape systems, interfaces structure

LANGUAGES:
* English mandatory (written and spoken)
* Second language appreciated (German, French or Italian)
