BUSINESS ANALYST SAP (ECC & BI)/BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT PHARMA KNOW-HOW

BRINE SA is looking for a Business Analyst for our Client in Basel for the following Role:

ROLE PURPOSE

Analyse and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service (focus on SAP) to business. In support of the service delivery manager: act as the primary point of contact for the business for existing services to ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met with focus on SAP applications (ECC, BI)

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects
-

Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
-

Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
-

Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high level functional solution
-

Develop project estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)
-

Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
-

Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
-

Act as the primary connection between service delivery (ERP COE) and the business
-

Manage management escalation with ERP COE (ERP escalation tool) and business SAP governance lead
-

Responsible to maintain Business process owners, SU etc update in GRC
-

Facilitate and manage escalation meeting for incident or service request if needed
-

Organize and facilitate service meeting with ERP COE and business
-

Ensure all business end-user requirements for all IT services are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

DELIVERABLES/KPIS

URS, FS review and validation, E2E OQ Testing - in support of iCS BPE and ERP COE team

Support the preparation and execution of UAT

URS and business process description (enterprise architecture/visio etc) alignment with IT solution proposal

Service meeting platform set up and meeting minutes

Transparency on KPI with regards Incident management and Service management

EXPERIENCE 

-

3 to 6 years' experience in pharma company as Supply Chain Business Analyst/IT or business consultancy
-

Degree or Master Degree in computer sciences or similar

KNOW HOW 

-

Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes: material management, inventory management, sales order management, distribution, Forecasting/demand management, demand planning 2 years horizon, supply planning, detailed scheduling

High level knowledge of Clinical Supply Chain
