Urgently required Business Analyst/SAP BW reporting on P2P: The Business Analyst/SAP BW reporting on P2P will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre based in Brussels, on the Simple & Efficient project (Industrialisation du dispositif Fournisseur). In this context, knowledge of bank environment is not required. The project is to implement Purchase to Pay Process and to provide an SAP based Cost Accounting solution. SAP modules in scope are FI/CO, MM, PS, AA & SD/AR (not limitative). SAP is integrated with the ReadSoft solution for workflow & ordering.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
Placed under the authority of Reporting Stream Leader, you will be in charge of the SAP BW Reporting business requirement, meaning that you will have to:
° translate the SAP best practices into Business Requirement according to P2P Core Model
° translate accounting and reporting requirements in qualitative Functional Specifications and validate the Design delivered by IT department
° Work in collaboration with other workstreams (eg FI/CO/MM/PS/Readsoft workflow
° Good analytical and synthesis skills;
° Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
° Ability to work in a dynamic fast moving and multi-cultural environment
° Flexible, accurate & control minded.
° Analytical mind set with a strong strive for quality
EXPERIENCE:
° we are looking for a 'Senior' profile, someone with at least 5 years of experience in SAP BW implementation projects
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE MANDATORY:
° Relevant proven experience in SAP implementation projects in large companies (references to be provided):
° Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE MANDATORY:
° Knowledge of SAP BW and on the P2P processes using SAP FI - CO - MM & Readsoft
° Transversal knowledge on SAP ERP and processes
° Being able to define a SAP solution requirement as standard as possible but taking into account the mandatory interconnections between SAP and tools being used by us (ReadSoft, in-house developed general Ledger, etc.) Preferable
° Knowledge of SAP BW including the complete P2P SAP experience is an asset
° Project Management Certification (Prince2, is an asset)
