BUSINESS ANALYST - SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS/E-PROCESSING
This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced BA to join our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ year's of working experience in the Financial Services industry (Insurance or Reinsurance is highly desirable),
- Back Office Administration as well as Consulting Experience with focus in Financial Services
- Knowledge of SAP-Business Object (BO) reporting along with Operational Excellence or Financial Management
- Technical experience of solution delivery and project work in addition to solution testing and end-to-end UAT cycles
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting or changing Lead for all Priority E-Processing Strategic Projects, such as the E-Processing Phase II project and ACORD Version upgrades
- Providing specialist support towards business analysis and reporting, business case development and acting as the business partner for all key business and functional stakeholders
- Assisting with operational support to improve business processes as well as maintaining risk mitigation controls to assist with defect management and the IT, E-Processing Manager and E-Processing Analyst
- Communicating with business stakeholders to support release management and business-as-usual operations in addition to assisting with development of Centre of Excellence (federated support) for all live E- Processing implementations
- Supporting the development and maintenance of standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines (eg User Guides, Process Flow, Paper Maps and Training Material) for business users
