BUSINESS ANALYST SAP/+9 MONTHS/BRUSSELS

Business Analyst with SAP required for one of our clients in Brussels for an initial period of 8 months. The candidate will work in the Cost Accounting Steering Centre, on the SAP platform for the French entities. In this context, knowledge of bank environment is not required.

BUSINESS ANALYST (MOA)/KEY USER FOR FRENCH ENTITIES

You are in charge of providing functional support for the French entities on the SAP platform.

Your task is to:

- Provide support when needed, organise/attend the necessary functional workshops with end users to gather the requirements and answers their needs
- Prepare Functional Analysis documentation (Translation of needs into specifications)
- Ensure that end users understood the requirements
- You are the accounting contact of the metiers ( Paris and Casablanca),

MOE (IT) and MOA SAP for French entities - Follow-up of the monthly closing and preparation of the yearly closing
- Follow-up of the expense notes correct flow
- Preparation of the yearly prorate process
- You coordinate the necessary change management initiatives. Yourtask is to:
- Provide process impact input to the Process team
- Prepare/update training material

SKILLS - MUST HAVES

- analysis and coordination skills to carry out the tasks
