EDUCATION:

. Degree in science, engineering, business administration or equivalent.
. Advanced degree including IT system expertise and/or business process excellence (IQP, six-sigma)

REQUIREMENTS:

TECHNICAL OR OTHER SKILLS:

. 3+ years of relevant experience in business support role with related areas of business (eg pharmaceutical development or manufacturing organization) or > 3 years of experience in technical domain of expertise (ie SAP application know-how)
. Proven track record in project management/implementation management, good organization and planning skills.
. Good knowledge about the Drug Development process and key supply chain principles in Technical R&D.
. Knowledge of relevant regulations (eg GMP, HSE, SOX etc.)

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

. Fluent in English and German
. Good interpersonal and leadership skills - collaboration, facilitation and negation skills.
