Business Analyst - Salesforce Switzerland

Our client is a major international organisation with offices across the world. As part of a the continual development of their Salesforce CRM tool, they are seeking a business analyst with, ideally, a background in Life Sciences.

A fluent English speaker with the ability to deal with stakeholders in multiple locations, you will drive business and functional requirements for the development and construction of their Salesforce-based CRM solution. A strong sense of persuasion and excellent relationship management skills are essential for this position to ensure the specifications are agreed within the right timescales and implementation moves in line with business requirements.

Working within a SCRUM environment, you will:
Work as a functional analyst, defining and documenting the tool's solution;
Define and document test scenarios;
Ensure new releases are tested in line with functional specifications;

Experience of working with Quality Center or similar testing tools is essential and knowledge of Cognos as and end user would be a strong advantage.
